Got your attention? This is kinda funny. Somebody's selling an overclocked Athlon on eBay that they claim will do 900MHz just fine. I suppose if you don't want to overclock one yourself and you must have the very fastest rig, it's something to consider.

Update: On the subject of 900MHz Athlons, Zaknafein sends word that AMD has demonstrated "real" 900MHz Athlons in both aluminum and copper flavors. This move comes amid talk from Intel of 1GHz Pentium IIIs and the like. Looks like the MHz grudge match will heat up in Y2K.
