The game still totally feels like an April Fools joke, though. Just take a look at this live-action trailer Corridor Digital released earlier today. (Warning: there's some profanity in there. Folks with young kids or over-sensitive bosses, you have been warned.)
Well, that's... yeah.
It's too bad Corridor Digital didn't go all the way with the 80s cheese—they could have cropped the video to a 4:3 aspect ratio and added some VHS artifacts, like those fake Game of Thrones and Walking Dead trailers from last month. Still, props to them for going through all that trouble for a $15 game. I hope the final product is as much fun as all the pre-release media.
