Currently in development at Ubisoft Montreal, Watch Dogs is scheduled to hit the PC and next-gen consoles this fall. Some publications are already getting a closer look at the game; one of them, Polygon, has posted a six-minute video that shows off some of the open-world cyberpunk title's gameplay.
The video includes a little bit of everything. There's your totally non-suspicious sneaking around in a leather trenchcoat and white turtleneck (or is it a tactleneck?), some murdering of embarrassingly oblivious guards ("Dog, maybe?"), a little snooping on nerds and their creepy robot girlfriends, and finally, a car chase under beautifully simulated rain.
What more could you hope for?
In all seriousness, I think Watch Dogs looks completely like the beturtlenecked lovechild of Deus Ex and Assassin's Creed. And I think that may be a winning formula. I'll probably have to pick this one up come November 19.
