You didn't think the summer o' giveaways was over, did you? Fresh from bestowing Biostar motherboards and AMD APUs upon three lucky readers, we're back with yet another set of freebies.
This time, our prizes consist of one Diamond Radeon HD 7750 graphics card and one AMD A8-6600K APU. One winner will get both prizes.
The Diamond graphics card retails for $94.99 right now. It runs at the 800MHz speed prescribed by AMD and packs a gig of GDDR5 memory. Diamond has outfitted the thing with a dual-slot cooler and a reasonably large fan. Coupled with the Juniper chip's modest power demands, that ought to make for nice and low noise levels. As for the A8-6600K, that's one of the same processors we gave away last week. It has four cores, a 3.9GHz base speed, a 4.2GHz Turbo speed, Radeon HD 8570D integrated graphics, and a 100W power envelope. Its unlocked upper multiplier allows relatively pain-free overclocking, as well. The A8-6600K is priced at $119.99.
Entering for a chance to win is pretty straightforward. Here's how you do it:
(The last three parts are completely optional, but they won't hurt. We promise.)
Rules and regulations
Sorry, but this contest is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada (except Quebec) only.
Only one entry allowed per person, household, or e-mail address. Multiple entries per person, household or address are not permitted. Please don't try to game the system by entering your girlfriend, wife, kids or pets. We'll probably disqualify you if you do.
We will be accepting giveaway entries between the time this post goes up and July 14, 2013 at noon CDT. We'll then choose our winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. The winner will be announced on the site on July 15 and will also be notified via e-mail. The winner must claim his prize within 72 hours, or he will forfeit his prize and we will draw a new winner.
You must include your full name, a valid email address, and a physical shipping address with your entry. Only the winner's name will be announced on the site. We will not share the address or other personal information with our sponsors or anyone else. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. TR reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear to be attempts to game the system or circumvent the rules in any way.
The staff of The Tech Report and their immediate families may not enter the giveaway and are not eligible to win.
We will accept entries only from residents of the United States and Canada (Quebec excepted). No purchase is necessary. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law. TR, AMD, and Diamond are not responsible for any taxes on the prize, damage in shipping, damage caused by using the prize with other products, or health issues such as repetitive strain injury, eye strain, or chemical addictions that may result from prolonged use of the prize. We may answer questions and offer clarifications of the rules in this comments thread.
We are no longer accepting entries. Thanks to everyone who participated!
