AMD announced its next-gen top-of-the-line graphics card, the Radeon R9 290X, at its GPU14 event in Hawaii last week. The company also revealed that limited-edition R9 290X bundles with Battlefield 4 would become available for pre-order on October 3—i.e. today.
Well, we don't see any pre-order listings around just yet, but Newegg has listed two of these R9 290X Battlefield 4 bundles as "coming soon" with an "auto-notify" button standing in for the pre-order link. Newegg conceals the cards' prices, but as TechPowerUp found, digging through the HTML markup of each listing appears to reveal pricing. For example, this listing for a Sapphire version of the R9 290X includes the following bit of HTML:

And this listing for an MSI R9 290X has this:

Based on that markup, it seems that the two cards will be priced at $729.99 and $799.99. Again, those prices are for limited-edition versions of the R9 290X bundled with Battlefield 4. Stand-alone versions of AMD's new GPU flagship will presumably cost less when they come out.
At those prices, the R9 290X bundles will wind up sitting between the GeForce GTX 780 and GeForce GTX Titan. The GTX 780 is available for as little as $624.99 at Newegg right now, while the GTX Titan costs $999.99. Neither Nvidia card ships with BF4, though. The GTX 780 comes with a free copy of Batman Arkham Origins, while the GTX Titan lacks bundled games.
