The first chapter of BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea, the DLC that takes players back to the underwater world of the original BioShock, came out on November 12. Now, Irrational Games is gearing up for chapter two—and as luck would have it, the developer posted an "exclusive preview clip" of the upcoming episode earlier this morning. See for yourself:
Ooh, tense. And surreal. And... kinda racist, for some reason. I guess that's probably how 1950s-era villains did talk, though.
According to Irrational Games, Burial at Sea: Episode Two will let players "[s]ee the world through the eyes of Elizabeth . . . as she continues her journey through Rapture in an effort to rescue Sally." The developer teases "new areas of Rapture"—the famous underwater city—"built almost entirely from scratch in the BioShock Infinite engine."
There's no word yet on a release date or pricing, but Irrational says you can buy a $19.99 season pass that will get you both episodes of the Burial at Sea expansion plus the Clash in the Clouds DLC that was released last summer.
