BioWare's Dragon Age: Inquisition is due out October 7. The action-infused RPG is based on the Frostbite engine, and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Check out the latest gameplay trailer, which shows off 16 minutes of continuous footage narrated by creative director Mike Laidlaw. No quick cuts here.
Laidlaw promises the largest world ever used in a Dragon Age game. There seems to be loads of opportunity to explore the expansive environment, plus sensible fast travel options to avoid incessant trekking through it. Inquisition is also the first Dragon Age title to include mounts.
Oh, and there are dragons, of course. Some of them are so large that the targeting system has been changed to focus on individual limbs rather than the beast as a whole. If you don't have time to watch the whole trailer, the dragon encounter starts at around the 11:40 mark.
