Corsair's M63MM RGB mouse is bringing balls back

— 12:53 PM on April 1, 2015

With the resurgence of mechanical keyboards in recent years, it was only a matter of time until someone pined for the direct, warm, distinctly analog feel of the ball mouse. In a "why didn't someone think of that sooner?" moment, Corsair has ball devotees covered with its new M63MM RGB gaming mouse. The company made a splashy intro video to talk all about it:

The video explains it all, but it's worth noting that each M63MM RGB mouse features Corsair innovations like boron-infused graphene (or BIG) ball technology. Each mouse ball also receives a...personal inspection for quality. These carefully selected balls allow the M63MM to achieve an incredible 450 DPI sensitivity rating. It's unclear when the M63MM RGB will hit stores, but we would expect to pay a hefty premium for balls like these.
