Time and time again, we've heard console fanboys argue that lower frame rates are more cinematic. With that in mind, I can't help but feel like Rockstar is trolling with its latest Grand Theft Auto V PC trailer, which strings together short cinematic cuts at a silky smooth 60 frames per second.
