Is there anywhere RGB LEDs won't turn up these days? In a keyboard or mouse, OK. Headsets? That's a little silly. Razer has somehow found a way to up the ante even further. Its latest mousepad, called the Firefly, features a layer of RGB LED illumination underneath its mousing surface.
Like other Razer Chroma products, the Firefly appears to be studded with a number of individually addressable LEDs capable of emitting any of 16.8 million colors. The Firefly can be set to a uniform color for the unadventurous, or it can pulse and animate its lighting using four preset patterns.
Yes, this is a real product, and you can preorder it from the Razer Store today for $60.
