Electronic Arts has shown us some footage from Mirror's Edge Catalyst, the reboot of the 2008 original, at its pre-E3 press conference today. Take a peek:
There aren't too many details about the game in this trailer, but we do get a few tidbits. The story will detail Faith's ascendance from average citizen to subversive martial arts expert. EA claims that there are no levels and no loading screens—the futuristic cityscape is wide open for exploration. Like most recent EA games, Mirror's Edge Catalyst uses the Frostbite engine, and judging by the trailer, it was put to good use.
You can get your parkour on with Mirror's Edge Catalyst on February 23rd, 2016.
