Now that we've gotten the initial Athlon XP PR rating angst out of our systems, it's time to tackle a new poll topic. Oddly enough, only 29% of you think that the PR rating scheme is ridiculous; 16% think it's a good idea. The vast majority of voters, 54%, figure the PR ratings to be a necessary evil.
