Poll time

— 12:57 AM on January 7, 2002

Just in time to brighten up your Monday, we have a new poll. First, let's take a look at the results of our previous poll on where the biggest advances will come from in 2002. CPUs leads all takers, which isn't shocking considering we'll see McKinley, Hammer, and others debut this year. Graphics comes in at a close second, with NVIDIA, ATI, and others pushing the envelope. Mass storage and displays are third and fourth respectively as Serial ATA and LCDs should both do well this year. Finally, memory, networking, input devices, and sound round out the rest with a fraction of the votes.

Our new poll takes a look at Apple's latest iMac. Is it:

Great for newbies
An aesthetic marvel
A truly revolutionary product
Nothing new
