Shuttle adds AGP to barebones system

— 12:51 PM on July 24, 2002

Ronald already covered this in the Shortbread, but it's a big enough story to bump up. Shuttle has announced its XPC SS51 small form factor PC with something we've all been waiting for: an AGP slot.

AGP and PCI Expandability - The key new feature of XPC SS51 is its ability to accommodate full size AGP 4x and PCI expansion cards. This gives the user the flexibility to expand and configure their XPC, much the same as a full size PC would be configured. Users can upgrade to latest high-end graphics cards like nVidia GeForce4 Ti4600 and ATI Radeon 9700.
