A "permanent" 'net tax exemption?

E-commerce firms wouldn't be able to pay for all those fancy chimp ads during the Superbowl if they were taxed for all transactions, would they? A pair of U.S. Congressmen don't think so, and they're moving to save the chimp ads by extending indefinitely the moratorium on Internet-based sales taxes. Phew.
