2CPU takes on a "no frills" dually Xeon board

— 2:42 AM on September 16, 2002

2CPU has an excellent review up of Iwill's DP400, the least expensive i860 board currently available. On the surface, it looks like just another motherboard review, but there's more to it than that. Over the course of the review, 2CPU compares three different dual-processor platforms: dual Pentium 4 Xeon 2.4GHz processors with RDRAM and DDR chipsets, and a dual AMD Athlon MP 2200+. The article is definitely a good read if you've been eyeing the DP400, or even if you're just curious to see how different dual-processor platforms compare.
