Intel to target overclockers?

The Inquirer is reporting that Intel will begin specifically targeting overclocking enthusiasts with its "Rapid City" motherboard next year. Apparently, Intel is toying with overclocking options, the black PCB we saw with its "Blue Mountain" motherboard, and even a new case design that pipes outside air directly to the CPU.

I'm skeptical that Intel is really ready to embrace overclocking, but I certainly wouldn't put it past them, especially if they intend to topple AMD in every market segment. What would really complete the package, however, is a version of the Pentium 4 with an unlocked multiplier.
