Abit to offer new OTES for limited GeForce FX run

— 5:13 AM on February 19, 2003

Abit has a little teaser up for its upcoming GeForce FX products with more details being promised later in the month. Though NVIDIA's stock GeForce FX cooler is quite similar to the cooling system Abit introduced with its Siluro GF4 Ti4200 OTES, Abit's NV30-based products will feature a new version of OTES that promises to be far quieter than what will be found on most GeForce FX cards.

Unfortunately, Abit's NV30-based cards will only be limited edition products; that supports rumors that very few GeForce FXs will even be produced. That's really too bad, because it looks like Abit's GeForce FX will be coming in a neat wooden box with all sorts of goodies.
