ATA comparison updated

— 2:20 AM on March 21, 2003

Seagate has informed me that the parallel ATA Barracuda V that we reviewed in our recent ATA hard drive comparison comes with a three-year warranty rather than the one-year warranty listed in the article. The drive's product page on Seagate's web site incorrectly lists the drive's warranty as one year, but Seagate informs me that this will be corrected shortly. We've updated our ATA comparison to reflect the drive's true warranty, though the change doesn't affect our overall conclusions.
