Triplex to offer wireless TV-out

— 5:15 AM on July 7, 2003

While many manufacturers' graphics cards barely differ from ATI and NVIDIA's reference designs, Triplex is taking things one step farther with its REDai 9600 Pro. As you might expect, the card has a fancy heat sink and colored PCB, but it also has an optional VIVO and wireless TV-out module with a claimed line-of-sight range of 300 feet. If Triplex's wireless TV out module is able to maintain signal quality over reasonable distances or between a few walls, I'll be impressed. After all, the only thing sweeter than a bundle full of sexy video cables is a graphics card that doesn't need any.
