VIA's Apollo Pro 133A gets a little faster

Check out this article at HotHardware, which is an update to their Tyan S1854 (catchy name there) review. They put a new BIOS update on the board, then used its new tweak features to improve memory timings. Desptie their 133MHz bus and AGP 4X support, Apollo Pro boards have always lagged behind BX boards in memory throughput, but these changes put the Apollo Pro within striking distance—at least on some very synthetic benchmarks.
