Intel scientists find "the wall"

Moore's Law may be coming to an end, according to researchers at Intel. The conclusion comes as a surprise from Intel, a company co-founded by chairman emeritus Gordon Moore, to whom the law is attributed. A recent paper by Intel scientists theorizes that there is an absolute limit to process technologies, which will be reached in the next two decades.
