AMD's 0.09-micron chips power-hungry?

According to this story over at Xbit Labs, AMD's upcoming 0.09-micron processors could dissipate as much as 105W of heat. Much has been made of Prescott's power consumption, but this is the first hint I've seen suggesting that AMD's 0.09-micron chips may also be power-hungry. Intel has stated that Prescott's heat dissipation will be between 90 and 100W, and it looks like AMD's die-shrunk Opteron and Athlon 64 may have similar thermal characteristics.
