Dothan delayed again

— 2:08 AM on February 3, 2004

DigiTimes is reporting that Intel has delayed its Dothan Pentium M processor again. The 90nm chip had previously been pushed back a couple of months to allow production of a new stepping to ramp up, but now notebook manufacturers aren't expecting deliveries until May. Apparently, this latest delay is a result of Intel dedicating its limited 90nm production capacity to Prescott Pentium 4 processors.
