Dell has fallen considerably over the past few years. My own experience with them on my last Dell laptop was HORRIBLE, I'm glad to see that this is finally being noted.
Interestingly, Apple was the leader a score of 74, Gateway was at 61, HP was at 54, Compaq was at 51. Dell still leads the PC side at 62.
