Hyper-Threading examined in Linux

— 10:37 AM on February 24, 2004

Jim over at 2CPU.com has posted the second installment of his Hyper-Threading odyssey, this time focusing on Linux performance. He's got dually Xeons and Pentium 4s, plus he's even thrown in a P4 Prescott to see how its revamped Hyper-Threading performs. If you're hankering for some Linux benches, or if you somehow didn't get enough Prescott Hyper-Threading in our epic Prescott review or didn't get enough dually action in our Opteron x48 review, go check out 2CPU's latest.
