This nasty little number, known as NETSKY.P, exploits a known vulnerability in IE to auto-execute itself. As Andy puts it: "It shows up as an e-mail with no attachment. When I look at it, I immediately get an Open/Save As dialog referencing a file with an .scr extension." Just what we need, right? Better patch up those boxen.
