AMD having problems with 90 nanometer conversion?

According to this story over at The Inquirer, AMD's move to a 90 nanometer fab process is going "just as well" as Intel's. Of course, Intel had problems bringing 90nm Prescott Pentium 4 and Dothan Pentium M to market on time, suggesting that die-shrunk Athlon 64 and Opteron chips could be delayed.
