There's a solar storm passing by Earth that may disrupt "some electrical power systems, spacecraft operations, and communications and navigation systems" via electromagnetic interference, according to this NOAA advisory. The geomagentic storm may contine for 24 to 36 hours, according to reports. For more information, go here.
