LostCircuits finds Prescott fast on 1066MHz bus

What happens when you put a Pentium 4 Prescott processor on an Intel 925XE chipset with a 1066MHz bus? Is it faster than the sorta-disappointing P4 Extreme Edition 3.46GHz? That's what LostCircuits shows us today with some staggering Sandra memory bandwidth scores upwards of 11,000 MB/s. They've even copied my fancy 3D cachemem graphs to show how much lower memory latencies are with the 1066MHz bus. However, the benchmark scores aren't quite what they first might appear to be, so MS puts on his investigator hat and uncovers some interesting secrets...
