BFG announces 512MB GeForce 6800 Ultra

BFG Technologies has announced that it will be building a GeForce 6800 Ultra with 512MB of memory. The PCI Express card will be overclocked out of the box with a core clock speed of 425MHz and come with a couple of extras, including a copy of Far Cry. The card is expected to be available online in late April, although there's no word on pricing. With the announcement, BFG joins Gainward and XFX, who have already shown off GeForce 6800 Ultras with 512MB of memory. ATI also has a toe in the 512MB pool. The company demoed a Radeon X850 XT 512MB last month, but doesn't plan to bring the card to the public.
