Why 702MHz is better than 728MHz

Dr. Evil is off on vacation at Disney World this week (you were expecting somewhere else?), but before he left, he shot me some e-mail with this interesting little article in it. He's been toying with various Athlon bus speeds and CPU multipliers, and he's produced some eye-opening results:
If you're one of those people who set the GFD's multiplier as high as the CPU would go, then pumped the bus speed up a few notches to really push the limits, take note here. You could very well be better off backing that multiplier off a notch and cranking the bus speed as high as it will go.
