MS's day of reckoning is near

BillyG and co. have filed their final brief in the sentencing phase of the MS-DoJ antitrust trial. Judge Jackson could now issue a ruling at any time—possibly late this week, even, according to this report. From the sound of some of the commentary out there, it looks like MS's final brief may have some of the same symptoms MS's legal defense and PR efforts have had to date; they seem to be engaged in a totally different conversation than the one being held by the judge, the DoJ, and even the media covering the case. So far, their strategy has been about as effective as MS Bob. Perhaps it will work better in version 2.0, Appeals Court Edition?
