Retailer refutes AMD antitrust claims

One of the retailers named in AMD's antitrust complaint against Intel apparently disagrees with some of the suit's assertions.

But the UK's favourite retailer is not happy. In a statement released last week Dixons described the allegations as "poorly-researched and false" and said it was driven by customer demands not rebates offered by manufacturers.
Dixons also refutes the complaint's claim that the retailer constrained AMD's market share in exchange for payments from Intel. Thus far, none of the other companies named in the AMD complaint have publicly disagreed with its allegations.
