Intel inside on the way out

Intel is revamping its brand, with "Leap ahead" slated to replace "Intel inside." Intel inside has been around since the early nineties, an era that seems so long ago given the industry's rapid pace of innovation. According to Chief Marketing Officer Eric Kim, the new brand is meant to reflect that heritage.

"'Intel. Leap ahead.' is a simple expression that declares who we are and what we do. This is part of our heritage," Kim said in a statement.
Additional details will be revealed at the Consumer Electronics Show next week. Intel is also expected to demo systems based on its new Viiv home entertainment platform at the show.
