PowerColor to sell water-cooled CrossFire bundles
X-bit Labs is reporting that Tul Corp., the manufacturer behind PowerColor graphics cards, plans to ship liquid-cooled CrossFire bundles made up of two Radeon X1600 XT graphics cards and an EVO2 liquid-cooling system. The manufacturer plans to unveil these bundles at CeBit next month. While efforts to boost the popularity of ATI's CrossFire are noble, it should be noted that, much like the GeCube Gemini covered yesterday, the performance of dual X1600 XT graphics cards is likely to be hampered by the XT's relatively modest fill rate. Let's hope PowerColor prices its bundle more reasonably than the $399 GeCube offering.
