Microsoft claims it will outdo Google soon
Microsoft's president for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa said on Tuesday that the company will introduce a search engine superior to Google's in six months. The search engine will reportedly be integrated into Windows Messenger and Hotmail, although there are apparently no plans to integrate it into Windows Vista. Users in the United States and the United Kingdom will get their hands on the new search engine first, followed by those in France, Germany, and possibly other European countries within a few months. Of course, this isn't the first time Microsoft has claimed it would outdo Google. An earlier attempt to dethrone the search giant didn't turn out so well, though.
