17" MacBook Pro coming next week?

AppleInsider reports that Apple will launch a flagship 17" MacBook Pro at the National Association of Broadcasters conference next week. The machine is expected to replace the 17" PowerBook G4, and has been rumored to have the same thickness as the 15" model, but feature "at least" a 2.16GHz Core Duo. Intel's upcoming 2.33GHz Core Duo is also said to be a possible candidate for the new machine. Perhaps some time after the 17" MacBook Pro, Apple is expected to launch a new budget notebook—said to be called simply "MacBook"—with a 13.3" wide-screen 1280x720 display and "at least" a 1.67GHz Core Duo processor. AppleInsider says this machine has been postponed until next month, though.
