Vista coming in November
A Microsoft developer has let a Vista release date slip in the Microsoft Connections Blog. The blog entry reads the following:
This is the year... the year that Microsoft releases the newest version of Windows. Yes, Vista will be released in November of this year.Thus far, Microsoft has been fairly evasive regarding Vista's release date, generally refusing to provide details beyond the official H2 2006 time frame. Last month, a Microsoft promotion page hinted at a December 1st release date, so Microsoft may have pulled back the release a little. Thanks to Microsoft Watch for the tip.
