Opera 9.62 and have been using it full time since version 6 I have Firefox around just for shacknews and the greasemonkey scripts but it still manages to annoy me even when using it for just one site.. Firefox because Opera seems to be sluggish on Flash heavy sites, sad but true in my experience. Le...

I don't want to spend any money on the project also I see no real benefit over going to hardware raid if it's only going to be used for backups once a night, software raid is also more forgiving, it doesn't require the exact type of drive as a replacement if one should fail. I've been looking at zfs...

So I have 4 200GB hard drives, I'm wanting to make a network backup solution, something that supports software raid5 and has low overhead. I looked at Freenas to install on my P3 800 but I've heard of issues. What would be the easiest way to raid this setup and have it available for backup? I was th...

So I've had Vista on my machine for about 7 months and recently I've been having some issues. All my network shares, and other folders are show...

This album is absolutely amazing, I've been listening to BT for many many years and I was pretty sad after he released the terrible "Emotional Technology" CD, good to know he still has it in him to make a kick ass album.

Being in the computer cooling industry let me say a few things.. 1. Having dealt with the ninja on 2 systems I can safely say that I don't like them, they are a pain to install and the temps with a 1200rpm S-Flex fan was 6-10 higher than an Ultra 120 using the same fan at idle AND even more at load ...
