Re: Lens adapters Panasonic Body, Canon Lenses

For Canon SLRs shooting video your best reasonably priced option would be the T5i which just came out recently. It can do autofocus on the fly unlike all other Canon DSLRs shooting video.

The video section of a very in depth review.

Re: Guild Wars 2 Beta!!!

25s is a lot at that level, heck I go on record and say any level. I did bet on the cow launcher but I was always wrong. It had the same 25s buy in. Mine had a 50s buy in. I clicked through without reading the details, and lost horribly. I only had 56s at the time :( I did the exact same thing. 50s...

Re: Win one of three Asus Xonar sound cards

My sound system is poor and based on my contempt for Creative labs and my feeling of abuse from them. After continually returning to Creative after hearing there stuff was good and always getting beaten down by their drives I've stuck with the onboard Realtek in my motherboard. My speakers are an an...

I'm pretty sure it was done so that you don't micromanage your plasmids and tonics. Its the same reason that there is no inventory in the game that you have to deal with. The game was built to be fps not an rpg though those of us who have played SS2 expected it. I'm thinking it was done to keep the ...

I have gotten it up and running a couple of times on ubuntu under gnome. There are some really good howtos in the ubuntu wiki. I haven't had any real problem with performance but I'm running 7900GT so I'm not short of video horsepower. I did find it broke quite a few things in parts of the gui espec...

You may want to look into ubuntu all your favorite apt-get with a simplier install. The install is easier than windows and the only really difficult (drive formating) is easy since you want to use the whole drive. The install is much easier than the last debian install I tried granted that was years...

As I remember the whole story was about how the robots couldn't do things like this because of the 3 laws. But this is hollywood, great books turn into really crappy movies that only resemble them superficially.

example: Starship Troopers
