BulletStorm
Just Cause 2
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Batman: Arkham City
Max Payne 3
Team Fortress 2
Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition (not an FPS, not ideal with keyboard but I still love it so I thought I'd mention it)

Re: Long list of games which you have not completed yet...

Same here! Too many games, too little time! My TF2 addiction doesn't help either! Recently, I started playing Bullet Storm but left that one midway too! Have a 5 day vacation starting this Wednesday, lets see if I can make some progress on Bullet Storm and Portal 2!

Re: Another great Steam sale

I remember playing the original Splinter Cell on the original Xbox at a friend's place. It was probably a strong factor in my decision to go out and buy an Xbox, my first console since my parents got me a Super Nintendo for Christmas as a kid. Unfortunately, I did not find the sequels so innovative...

Is buying a PS3 solely for Tetris acceptable? Funny that you mentioned Tetris coz a few days back I was thinking of buying a Tetris game for my DS. Nintendo has stopped making Tetris DS so its availability and price is an issue. Majesco recently came out with a Tetris title for the DS which should ...

Snagged Lara Croft, Burnout Paradise, Resident Evil 5, Just Cause 2 so far! Zuiko 9-18mm wide angle lens for my E-620. I'll be asking an ex-colleague to get it for me from the US. There's a lot of stuff I need to add to my kit. I'll be adding these over due course of time: Flash, probably the Metz 48 AF-1. Circular Polariser and ND filter. Tripod. Remote shutter release. Go...

Re: Ultrawide zooms (but not fisheye)

I've been itching for the Zuiko 9-18mm for my E-620 as well. The question is when to pull the trigger. It's currently priced at $469 at Amazon. Since 4/3 is "dead", I don't know if the price of 4/3 lenses will dip or soar.

Gradually increasing +5V Standby voltage

I'm noticing high +5V Standby voltage on my PC, especially when it is kept on for an extended period of time. If the voltage is around 5.5 V when the PC is started, it increases to 6V when the PC is kept on for say 6 hours. My Radeon 5750 conked off recently, I don't know if this could be the reason...

Re: I just got tickets for the Soccer World Cup !!!

Germany lost  Spain were the better team on the day but I expected Germany to put up a better performance...they were strangely off-color. Whoever wins now, it will be their first World Cup win. Spain would be favorites but I'll be rooting for the Netherlands...their third time in the final, ho...

Re: I just got tickets for the Soccer World Cup !!!

Thats very likely to happen! It would be a repeat of the 1974 World Cup final (except it was West Germany that time). And If Germany does go on to win this one, it would be a fantastic achievement...beating England, Argentina, Spain and Holland on the way to victory would be simply superb!

Re: I just got tickets for the Soccer World Cup !!!

This World Cup has thrown up quite a few surprises already. Italy, France, Denmark are out. US finishing top of their group means England will play Germany on Sunday. Today's Brazil vs. Portugal and Spain vs. Chile should be interesting matches too. Feel bad for Ivory Coast...they probably won't mak...

I've been following this thread for quite some time and thought I'd finally post something here. I've just started learning with my first DSLR, the Olympus E-620. The following pics were clicked using the 40-150mm f3.5-5.6 II kit lens, all except the last at 150mm f5.6 ISO 800 with the last one at 7...

Re: High ping troubleshooting

My guess is that this an issue with the ISP. My pings to SH and eClub goes up to 350 occasionally and even to 700 at times. I'm guessing they changed their routing. Are you on MTNL/BSNL by any chance? Or Reliance? I'm on MTNL. My pings to Singapore/Malaysian servers used to hover around 80-100 and ...
