There are very few reasons to install a 32-bit OS on a modern computer today. The only ones I can think of are a requirement to use an older application that is incompatible (virtualbox instead?) or an old piece of hardware with no 64-bit driver. For 90%+ of users though, 64-bit is the way to go.
