Re: Who is left

I dont see forum page for a while on website then search and came back. I am here 8) . Where is everyone? Where can i find you? Had to bookmark the forum, just to get here easily. I'm kind of... sort of... still around, I guess. My work takes me all over the U.S., so there's no telling where I may ...

Me again with the latest update We now have a real imi! Photos aren't being published to public areas but our less than 1 week old came weighing 3.7kg and was out in just over 4 hours. We're both doing great and husband is definitely traumatised ! https://photos.app.goo.gl/AdrVdrtRHwiH3hkP6 https:/...

Hi (raises hand)... I'm still here! I fell asleep and somebody shut off the lights. When I woke up, nothing looked the same anymore!

Hope whoever is left is doing well.

Activity in the Back porch!

Good to see some familiar names still posting. I'll admit, I'm checking in less and less, as time goes by. Such a shame, as the TR was my home page since 2000 or 2001, up until about 5 years ago... or so...

Hope you all are doing well!

Re: TR Dead?

Oh, this is tough. I had spent the last 4 years being homeless. Up until two months ago, I had spent 12 months being jobless. Just as I'm putting things back together, potentially getting a home soon, and potentially getting back to positive on budget, I decide to visit an old friend... the TR. Wow....

I'd like to call my venture today, a success. The number is now, no longer in service. I can only hope it was in some small part, my doing!

Re: DYMT: Imi's Legacy

I have, thus far, been very diligent about making sure I am getting the same people that call me. I would not post the number if I didn't perform my due diligence, first. But, thank you for your concern. I agree some of these scammers can be quite sophisticated in their approach. I can sniff them ou...

Re: DYMT: Imi's Legacy

I've become so fed up with scammers, I've decided to go about it in a different way. I'm going on the offensive. I've started calling them back incessantly and getting them angry. It's fun. And then... I made a public post on facebook... and then, I created a craigslist ad! So... if you're up for a ...

Re: DYMT: Imi's Legacy

I had the pleasure of working with Vint Cerf, this morning. Of all the celebrities, dignitaries, and generally famous people I get to meet in my job, there are usually, very few that can make me feel as uneducated as I felt this morning. He's a very nice guy, though, and a joy to watch engage a larg...

Re: DYMT: Imi's Legacy

Been looking at photos of the Boston area during yesterday's storm . A few photos in there of cars that people were attempting to drive through flooded streets and had to abandon. Re: My home theater is sounding weird

Almost certainly got switched in to one of the various large hall / cinema modes that receivers have. I wish they'd just stop adding those "features". They *never* sound good in any context. :o "I want my receiver to make it sound like we're watching this movie in a place that's acou...

Re: My home theater is sounding weird

My recommendations: If caused by Window, try adding some curtains or blinds. Thick curtains will work better. Adjust the angle of speakers now that you have a different acoustic footprint. On the Receiver side, as others have stated, you may want to check the sound mode. Many effects processing mode...

I know I've complained about it before, but I still don't understand how Dunkin coffee can be decent one time, and then complete garbage the next. All of the pictures are restored and hosted through Flickr, for now. Hopefully, I won't run into the same bandwidth issues through Flickr.
