I've just taken the plunge too. So far I'm not particularly satisfied or dissatisfied. Seems very much like XP with a few tweaks and new interface to me. One plus point was not having to be messing around with SATA drivers.

Had more of a look around on cases, the Thermaltake Tsunami Dream also looks a good buy and is a tad cheaper. I'm only really considering cases with doors, as I prefer them, and its often a pain trying to match your optical drive to the case color.
I can get a bundle with the DS3 (also with GeIL) instead of the AB9-Pro for the same money. Would you say that is a better deal? I may just bite the bullet and get the P5B-E Plus though.

IMO if you're going for an E6400, you might as well save some cash and get a E6300. The loss in cache from a E6600 to an E6400 is a minimal performance loss, the clock speed is the main hit.
