Expiration dates - Warehouse Management Software Needed!

I thought I'd put a question to those who are likely more knowledgeable than myself My company needs a way of tracking the expiration dates of the beer that comes in. I don't want to be dealing with manually checking Excel documents as it'd be very handy to be able to have some nice filters, search ...

Re: Final Upgrade

I'm looking to give my system a last boost before the ignitable. You're...you're going to set it on fire? :o CPU-wise, you can probably find a Q9400 or Q9650 on eBay for the equivalent of US $45-75 including shipping, but you would have to do some homework to determine if your motherboard can suppo...

Re: Final Upgrade

I do currently have 8gb of ram. The reason I am reticent to go with a new motherboard is because I am probably going to go for a smaller case and try to get things silent, which is really a whole new build entirely. Probably a new PSU too. So it's looking like the best thing for me could be an SSD?....

Final Upgrade

Sooo, long time since I've posted in here. I'm looking to give my system a last boost before the ignitable. I've been out of the computer tech world for a little while, however I am looking to get my OS onto an SSD and then consolidate the rest of my data onto 1 or 2 hard drives (I currently have 4,...

Re: Formula 1 2014

My friend went to the Malaysian GP and said they're still damn loud You also hear a lot of other stuff going on like turbo's and whistles and energy harvesting and early turbo spooling It's what we've got. The racing is great and will only improve as the gap between the fastest and slowest inevitabl...

Re: Formula 1 2014

You get the opportunity to change around your team during the season. I think it's a maximum of 6 changes which includes Constructors, Drivers and Bonuses. Apart from that, we let them drive and see how little we thought we knew ;P I think I won the 2008 and 2009 Mini leagues, maybe 2011 but I'm not...

Re: Formula 1 2014

Where there's a will there's a way. A quick google when Quali is on and I'm sure you'll find a way to watch it My guess is that Australia will be a very strange race. Some teams aren't even using the full energy recovery systems purely because they're limiting what can go wrong so they can things re...

I'm looking into getting a 64gb card for the S4 when it arrives

Is there a speed at which the performance isn't noticeable with regards to the different grades, or is it always best to go for the class 10?

When doing a large upgrade (mobo, ram, processor, gfx)...

When doing a large upgrade (mobo, ram, processor, gfx)... How do you go about retaining the drive letters of your individual drives so that when you boot up again, everything still works as it did? Does each drive automatically retain its assigned letter, so you just put them in any SATA port and it...

I brought my my win7 disc in for a colleague to use my second licence, he has a Dell Inspiron 6400 running XP I booted up, stuck in the win7 disc and then it started whirring and then froze. Do you guys over the pond get to drink beers from Bredwog? Scottish craft brewer? Not the same quality as Mikkeller but still very good beer

LED gaming monitors

Been out of the tech loop for a little while no. I had a thought about LCD gaming monitors. They seem to be quite cheap compared to when I bought my 2407wfp years back. Are they worth the jump to? They do look very nice and thin, but do they offer much of a contrast ratio or performance difference? ...

I've no idea what your prices are like in the US, but I'd buy a second hand diesel and get it remapped. 50mpg+ and with the audi's, vw's, bmw's you'll easily crack 7 seconds 0-60

Re: Computer Restarting Itself

I've left it on to let it try and restart itself.

When I say it restarts itself, it'll actually tell me that either windows is shutting down, or it is logging off, it won't just hard reboot and POST all of a sudden.
