I had the same thoughts about the movie when I walked out of the theater, some things didn't add up. Mainly the tripods buried for millions of years without a single one ever being discovered and the superiod aliens all dieing of a cold. But then had a few thoughts that made things a little better t...

You all should just give up and come over to the dark side. Haters :D LOL, anyway Florida had a good game today, I'll try not of laugh too hard when they get b...

Yes, the newest BIOS with have the fixes from the previous updates as well. Unless it is a very odd company. When a new fix is added to the BIOS, they will add it to the version that has all the others fixes. If they didn't then the newest BIOS would have the problems the other updates would have fi...

I think a 'Airport' card costs ~80$ then there is shipping ~30$. that is a little more difficult. Thanks guys used wanted to hear some other opinions, otherthan the craz...

Difference between 1Ghz G4 and 1.25 GHz G4

I am think about getting a laptop for school, specifically a Apple iBook. Just because I want to try something different and have heard good things about Apple laptops. From the apple store you can get a 12" ibook with the 1.25 G4 for ~1000$, that seems alright but I was searching and found a 12" iB...

High CPU usage while typing

I have a very odd problem that I've been unable to solve, I've looked everywhere I could think of and haven't had any possible solutions (or hints at where to start). The problem is that while using my keyboard my CPU usage will spike to ~ 60%, if I'm playing music the song will studder and everthin...

I was leaning toward the Kingwin cooler but was looking at the Poseidon cooler because from the reveiw it offered good performance with very little nosie. Which is the reason I'm thinking of going to watercooling in the first place, but I think the Kingwin also uses a low rpm/ low nosie fan with it....

I have been thinking of changing my system over to watercooled, but since I don't want overkill because I don't overclock anything I've been looking at some of the complete kits that have come out as of late. Look at the pic of the water pump here http://www.pcusacorp.com/ex_image/WCL-03.jpg That's what it looks like to me, but hard to see and would not know how it would work if it was. Mandrake Linux Lockup after idle

I have recently installed Mandrake 9.2 on my Asus A7N8X Dlx, the install goes prefect, very quickly, and once I boot into Gnome can use all of the hardware and software without problems (I use the 3com network and the sound is through ALSA, both work fine). The problem is after I leave the computer ...
