I haven't had any problems with small text on mine, the resolution is not all that much greater than 1920 x 1200. There isn't any problems since it is a 23" screen.

I have a lot more trouble with small text on my laptop which is 1920 x1200 on a 15.4" screen.

I just got the a replacement board from newegg.

Hopefully this rebuild goes smoother than the first.

after sending an email back to soltek they recommended that I send the board back to newegg for replacement which I will do.

Hold on: Assemble the CPU, PSU and case speaker to the mobo. You should get no RAM beeps. If you get the no RAM beeps then the Mobo is most likely OK. Insert the RAM and power up. Since everything is disconnected and the board is hooked up to a good power supply and it still doesn't respond at all the only conclusion I can get is that the board was DOA, so unless you guys have any other ideas I am going to send it back fo a replacement on Monday.

Have the speaker hooked up, remove the CPU entirely, and then try to boot. If the mobo + power + speaker != beeps, then the mobo is certainly bad. If it beeps, the CPU is the likely culprit. I took the system out of the case and it still will not boot.

I just verified that the PSU is ok by hooking it up to another system and it is fine so the problem has to be with the motherboard.

there is only two ways to plug the switch into the motherboard and I have tried both ways with no success.

I tested the sytem with another psu and nothing happened(Same as before)

I disconnected everything except the psu, video card and memory and it is the exact same thing.

I followed my manuals instructions for the case wires and reversed them to see if that was the problen but still no luck.
