i cant see much of a difference between those 2 processors, on paper. but i do believe that the xeons are binned at higher tolerances -> meaning better processor

there is an asus board that is good as well - the P5K- VM. I am in the same boat as you trying to figure which one will best serve my SFF needs :)

this is a truely innovative design and I seriously applaud asus for doing it a marketing gimmick like - trade in your 2g board for this 4g board and an extra $200, can resolve the upgrade path i hope we see new designs like this coming out of AMD/ATI-- that would be smart! how about a board with 4 g...

how come no one has mentioned the new GO stepping in the E6850 - isnt this supposed to take the OCing to the next level?
