Re: E-ATX mobo on a NON E-ATX CASE !!

The case is considered a huge midtower so it's not your typical midtower , even it's dimensions are the same as fulltower so dont know why it's categorized as a midtower .. I guess its kinda something between the two .. so I'm not worried about the extra space that I would need for the mobo to stret...

Re: E-ATX mobo on a NON E-ATX CASE !!

Im getting the EVGA x58 Classified , which is an E-ATX . , then I'm debating between two cases : Coolermaster - Black Sniper Edition which is MidTower or Coolermaster HAF 932 Full tower which takes all mobos but im kinda liking the first case and thats why I'm wondering if it would fit or...

Yeah, Tom's hw link was rather useless. I don't trust them much. Altogether sounds like a great card though. I'm thinking of replacing my aging SLI setup with one of these before upgrading the rest of the machine at some point next year. I don't like em either that much but I wouldn't call it a use...

Chances are the PSU fan thinks it is "cool enough" to not spin up. You can try using a Kill-A-Watt to see if the load is bad. May be only 150W is being drawn and it doesn't trigger the fan to go faster? You can use the motherboard monitoring tool to check for voltages. The best is to bust...
